Galvano Hengelo has more than 10 years’ experience treating hydraulic components with zinc-nickel. Components include manifolds, control valves, screw-in cartridges and cylinder parts. Our process is designed to prevent the occurrence of internal corrosion in ducts, product damage and dimensional problems.

Zinc-nickel electroplating of highly dimensionally critical components

Applying a very thin coating (5 mu minimum) with zinc-nickel electroplating enables us to achieve an extremely high level of corrosion resistance of at least 1000 hrs NSS. Within our zinc-nickel process, we can also partially coat components that are very dimensionally critical with zinc-nickel.
